Dr. Hunt and his amazing staff changed my life! My previous femur fracture repair, performed by a doctor from another facility, was causing me extreme pain during physical therapy and I had very limited range of motion and was told by another Orthopedic Surgeon it was “acceptable”. Dr. Hunt took a totally different approach and was able to alleviate the pain I had and increase my range of motion by around 40 degrees, after the knee replacement, release of adhesions, and removal of some of the hardware from the femur fracture surgery. It is an understatement that he changed my life. I am forever in debt to him and his team!

Dr. Hurley did surgery on my left wrist in 2005 and it’s been perfect until I broke it again in April 2014! Because of the positioning of the fracture, he put me in a very cool cast/brace and followed it closely. This one healed just fine without needing surgery. I point that out because some doctors are only interested in your care if you are a surgery patient; Dr. Hurley is absolutely wonderful. He’s efficient, but still makes you feel like he’s interested and concerned. I highly recommend him for wrist and hand issues.

I had truly considered a half marathon to be well outside the scope of my physical capabilities. Back in 2009 I had surgery on my left shoulder and Dr. Hurley was the one that operated on it. That shoulder is 100% right now. On 07.31.14 I injured my right shoulder and knew immediately that I needed to see him again. I went in and we looked at the x-rays and decided to not do surgery unless I need it down the road. I have had a total of 5 surgeries with Advanced Orthopedic and recommend them to all of the players that I coach as well as the guys that I play with.
