Dr. Newman is a brilliant surgeon and very modest. I appreciate his knowledge and I like the fact that he takes the time to educate me on exactly what he purposes to do and why he has come to his reasoning. I also appreciate his kindness. I felt good from the time of my MRI through to Surgery. I trusted him 100 percent. I had a few of my own self-imposed fears to work through before surgery and of course, once I called upon my Positive Mental Attitude it helped EVERYTHING! Dr. Ferrari, Just wanted to give you an update on my shoulder, and also thank you again for doing such a great job with my rotator cuff surgery. Since the last time I saw you, everything continued to progress well, and I played 3 baseball games. I only played 1B and never made any stressful throws. Not that this is medically relevant, but I have to tell you that I hit a bases loaded triple in my first game back! Thanks again!

Dr. Hurley did surgery on my left wrist in 2005 and it’s been perfect until I broke it again in April 2014! Because of the positioning of the fracture, he put me in a very cool cast/brace and followed it closely. This one healed just fine without needing surgery. I point that out because some doctors are only interested in your care if you are a surgery patient; Dr. Hurley is absolutely wonderful. He’s efficient, but still makes you feel like he’s interested and concerned. I highly recommend him for wrist and hand issues.
