Dr. Ng, just wanted to give you a update on my ankle since surgery in October (25th). Last Saturday (15th), I ran a 50k in Copper Mountain. I was able to run in 6 hours and 26 mins placing 31 out of 82. Other than being slightly slower than I was previously, I feel that I’m back! Just wanted to share the success story.

Thank you Dr. Gersoff for your extraordinary courtesy on Monday, when you not only got me into your schedule immediately, but you got me into the hospital for the MRI on the same day AND then let me come back for another office exam the same day in order to explain the results of the MRI. WOW! I have never experienced such VIP treatment. Thanks! Taking the fluid off my knee really reduced the pain. I can almost walk without limping. Please tell Coach Fox I will be off “injured reserve” status by the Super Bowl.

I had an accident where I fell and broke 2 bones in my lower leg. Dr. Jacobson saw me immediately and has since performed 2 surgeries on my leg. Both Dr. Jacobsen and his staff are very professional and fully explained my surgeries and diagnosis to myself and my husband. I now am walking pain free and without any long term effects of the break. I am so thankful that he operated on my leg. I would recommend him to any friend/ family member for foot and ankle issues. I wanted to take a few minutes to Thank-you for your exceptional work from your Staff and your Doctors. I came to you initially to get a second opinion about a surgery for my daughter. We saw Dr. Jacobson He was impressive. 5 years later I broke my toe and I choose to see Dr. Jacobson for my care and it was stellar. My daughter and I were in a Car Wreck and initially we sought out a different group and were very dissatisfied. We decided to try the other Doctors in your office because of our experience with Dr. Jacobson. We have seen Dr. Hurley, Dr. Cary Motz, as well Dr. Newman. Thank-you for high quality care and not treating us like another number but people in pain seeking out your expertise. I see what I think is happening in the Medical Field and I hope you all stay as amazing as you are. I would also like to add that any PA or any assistant, especially Kianna with Dr. Jacobson are very dedicated and excellent at their work. I have no idea how you do it because your receptionists are also bright, kind and very welcoming. When I sat down to try and write an email on my phone, I started complaining about the other group but I decided to think about all of your offices talent and let you all know you are deeply appreciated.
